When are we open?

We are open 7 days a week – Monday to Saturday 10am – 7pm and Sunday 10am – 4pm.
Public holidays we are open 10am – 1pm. 
We are closed on Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

What is our shipping policy?

The delivery time selected by the customer is the latest the delivery can be made. The delivery can be made anytime, up to or before, the selected delivery time.

Who does our deliveries?

Eden Floral Design flowers are delivered with a local courier network. Our products are dispatched with Australia Post throughout Australia or a third party courier internationally.

What days do we deliver flowers?

We deliver seven days a week to most areas of Sydney.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver flowers to anywhere in the Sydney Metropolitan area. We deliver our home wares interstate and internationally as well.

Do we have a track and trace?

Eden Floral Design may provide a track and trace service or an estimated time of arrival once products are in transit for delivery upon request. Proof of delivery times are also available, if requested.

Do we do Saturday and Sunday deliveries? And what about public holidays?

Depending on the location, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday deliveries are available and additional delivery charges may apply. Customers will be informed by email if delivery is not possible and an alternative date will be organised.

What is our cut off time for deliveries?

We guarantee same day delivery for all orders to business metropolitan destinations placed before 2pm
We guarantee same day delivery for all orders to residential metropolitan destinations placed before 4pm
Within a 10km radius, Eden Floral Design will be able to deliver within a 2-3 hour window
All deliveries outside this radius will be guaranteed same day deliveries

What happens if the recipient is not home?

For Residential addresses, if there is no one at the delivery location to receive the delivery the courier will leave it safely if possible and if the courier deems a location unsafe to leave the goods, the order will be returned to the dispatch address and redelivery fees will apply.
For business, school and hospital addresses, Eden Floral Design accepts no responsibility for delivered items that are left at the mailroom, front desk or reception.

What if the product I want to order is not available?

We always endeavor to fulfill orders as per product descriptions, however orders may be subject to seasonal and product availability. You will be informed by phone or email when a selected product is not available and we will be able to offer you an alternative suitable product.
